Volkswagen Group Italia is Automotive Partner of the 102nd Arena di Verona Opera Festival

For the 19th consecutive year, Volkswagen Group Italia renews its support to the Fondazione Arena di Verona for the 2025 edition of the opera festival, which is confirmed as the cornerstone of the company's corporate social responsibility initiatives.
A cultural offer of recognized quality and international relevance is a fundamental engine for the economic fabric and social growth. This long partnership, born in 2006, testifies to Volkswagen Group Italia's commitment to the vitality of the city where it has been headquartered for more than 50 years and with which it has strong ties.
The 2025 program of the Arena di Verona Opera Festival features 51 performances, from June 13th to September 6th, with five opera titles and five concerts and ballets. Along with the new Nabucco, scheduled for the opening night, stagings from the Arena's recent history return in different and complementary styles: Aida in the “crystal” edition and La Traviata in Hugo De Ana's belle époque Paris, from June 20th and June 27th, respectively; Franco Zeffirelli's Carmen from July 4th, and finally Rigoletto from August 8th. These are joined by the Jonas Kaufmann in Opera gala scheduled for August 3rd. In addition to opera, the program offers several other events: Carmina Burana on the evening of August 15th and VIVA VIVALDI - The four seasons immersive concert on August 27th. Last but not least, the two shows dedicated to ballet see the return of Roberto Bolle and Friends, on July 22nd and 23rd, and Zorba the Greek from August 26th.
