Quality policy (QM policy)
The Volkswagen Group Italia Quality Policy, defined in compliance with the ISO 9001 standard, is the reference document on the basic requirements that must inspire the Quality Management System implemented in our company and represents its philosophy.
In line with the values underlying our corporate vision, we lead the transformation towards the future of mobility, putting the customer at the center and creating value through innovation, collaboration and responsibility.
The principles that inspire us in carrying out our business are:
Look Ahead: we aim to achieve the commercial and financial results we have set ourselves, facing risks with courage and awareness and promoting the evolution of mobility. We create value with every interaction with the customer.

All our actions are aimed at finding concrete and effective solutions to simplify processes and encourage innovation.

The Management is responsible for defining, communicating and implementing the Quality Policy and all employees are involved in the pursuit of quality objectives
