VOLKSWAGEN GROUP ITALIA WELCOMES YOU AND INVITES YOU TO CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING COMPANY GUIDELINES

Registration – Identification card – Privacy Policy

Upon your arrival at the reception, the following data will be recorded: name and surname, the company to which you belong, the name of the person with whom you have made an appointment and the time of entry. After registering, you will be given an identification card.
We kindly ask you to display your card in a clearly visible way during the entire period of your stay inside the company, and when you leave the company it must be returned to the concierge for the registration of the time of exit.

In compliance with current legislation on Privacy and Personal Data Protection, we inform you that your personal data will be included in the database of Volkswagen Group Italia S.p.A., Viale G.R. Gumpert, 1 - 37137 Verona, which as Data Controller will use them only for the purposes related to your visit and, in particular, for reasons of safety of people and property present in the premises pertaining to it. The rights referred to in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) regarding the Protection of Personal Data (such as access, rectification, cancellation, limitation, opposition, revocation and any other applicable rights) may be exercised by sending a specific request to Volkswagen Group Italia S.p.A., at the address indicated above, or to the e-mail address: privacy@volkswagengroup.it.

Parking - Internal traffic

Please park your car in the designated spaces and not along the internal lanes. If you are authorized to enter by car, we inform you that vehicle traffic within the company premises is subject to the current rules of the Highway Code and that the maximum speed allowed is 20 km/h. Volkswagen Group Italia S.p.A. is not responsible for any objects left unattended in the car.

Rules of conduct

During your stay at our company, we invite you, except for short trips, to always stay in the company of the internal VGI host. We also inform you that without prior authorization, it is forbidden to film with cameras, video cameras, including those on mobile phones or other devices.

Access to the VGI network

If you are an employee of Volkswagen Group/Audi AG or a Volkswagen Group company, the "VW-GROUP" Wi-Fi network is available as at all Group locations, to which you can connect.

If you are an employee of companies outside of the Volkswagen Group, the "VW-GUEST" Wi-Fi network is available, which you can access freely by providing the personal information requested during the connection.

If you need support for the connection, you can go to the reception, located in the hall of the Office Building, to receive the necessary information.

Spare Parts Distribution Centre

A visit to the Spare Parts Distribution Centre is only possible if accompanied by employees of Volkswagen Group Italia S.p.A.. When moving around in this area, you must respect the marked pedestrian paths and follow the instructions of the accompanying person. In particular, we invite you to pay particular attention when crossing the road, given the presence of moving forklifts.

Emergencies

We invite you to observe and comply with all the safety rules indicated on the signs. In the event of an emergency, please follow the instructions given by the company staff and do not panic.
